Just had them try to call me three times, asked for my social security number told them I don't have one, said impossible, told them then I work for Russian mob and I was coming after them, they hung up
Got a call(recording) on my cell from Snohomish, WA saying they were calling about my credit card and that I was eligible to lower my interest rate to 6%. Press 1 if I'd like to learn more. From the phone number alone, I figured it was a scam or nonsense. The fact that they said my credit card and not a specific company was my confirmation on that guess. Also, I have 1 credit card which is currently interest free so why would I be trying to "lower" that rate to 6%. I hung up on them.
