Called to inform me I was getting a one time grant of 7000.00
Seems very strange to me, spoke in very broken English.

yes I did get a phone call the guy said his name was David Walton and he would send me a one time grant of 7,800.00 dollars from the US. GOV. TODAY FROM MONEY GRAM  all I had to pay hundred to two hundred I ask him why he could not take out of the money he sending me he said it did not work like that so I said if you work for the gov why don't you gt pay from them  then he hung up on me

I thank it just a big scam it just someone trying to get your hard  working people money there should be a law agains this

There are. The problem, of course, is that criminals don't follow the law. Foreign 3rd world criminals, less so.

this number called my house with an automated message that it was the IRS and that it was my final warning to call 1-360-807-5106 , I called back its a total scam saying you owe IRS money, heavily foreign accented gentlemen trying to get as much info from you that they can, I keep calling them now, they don't seem to like it.
