Similar experience as others here. 360-807-5520 left a message saying the IRS was filing a law suit against "You".
For those who don't know, the IRS would never leave a blind message like this. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Got a recording saying to call the number, said IRS was going to file a lawsuit, because I have business with IRS, I did call the number back, it was answered by a place called "Asian Asian Noodles", I hung up.
I received an automated call from 360-807-5520 claiming to be the IRS. It said they have tried several times to contact me and I was being sued by them. I figured it was a scam and found this site where others have had the same call. I will not be calling back. Is there anything else we can do about this.
I work for IRS, and I'm sick today with a cold. I just got this call, and frankly I was hoping I would eventually get it, but didn't get to talk to anyone. It was automated. The IRS doesn't typically sue people if they owe taxes... and you would know if you do! This is a scam to steal from you. Call IRS if you need reassurance, main toll free is 800-829-1040. Look it up if you need more reassurance.
