These people called me 3 times today.  When I told them that I did not know the person they were trying to locate, they got very nasty, and I told them to never call me again.  The woman kept on, accusing me of lying to her.  I finally just hung up.  I anticipate more calls unfortunately.  These people suck!

They called me six times yesterday (Sunday).  I finaly picked up and told them they had the wrong number, and to remove me from their list.  Then they called me again today...doesn't this qualify as harassment?

This Company has been calling me at least twice an hour every day on both my Home phone and my Cell (401-714-5540). I have repeatedly requested that they stop only to be told that they would be calling back again the next day. In many instances after receiving a call on my home phone, I get get another call several minuets later on my cell. Between the dates of 6/29/09 and 7/29/09 I have gotten 57 calls on my cell phone alone. If I counted, I have received just as many on my house phone. All the while being told by them that they have every right to harasses (and intimidate) me as long as they wanted to and that there is not any Do Not Call list. I even went the length to tell the the URL that explains the whole act including the "cavieot" of me having the right to request that they stop the repeated calls even two parties with an "...established business relationship."

This number does belong to Wells Fargo.  I have had an account with them for years.  I have run behind from time to time.  They get very aggressive in their collection efforts.  I can tell you from experience that this company does not give an inch.  The times that I did attempt to make arrangements with them, they pushed and pushed trying to make the arrangements something I could not meet.  I've found that it is easiest to not deal with them and to catch up the account when I originally had planned.  Saying all that... I understand that they have every right to contact me and try to collect.  Afterall, I'm the one not honoring our agreement.. not them.
