They called and left a voicemail saying there was a failure for delivery of a package for my dad. The number is from port Angeles. I called back and wrote down everything she said and at the end of the phone call she said it was actually a claim against him. It's a total scam. I don't know how they got my phone number. They've contacted my mom too before. Avoid this number I blocked it.
