If you have an iPhone (and maybe others, not sure) create a new contact with this number, the go to settings, then phone, then blocked, then add new, and select the new contact you just created. Should take care of this nuisance.
THIS GOOF HAS CALLED TWICE IN 4 HOURS.....TOLD WHOEVER IT WAS TO "QUIT CALLING ME" BUT SECOND CALL CAME IN 4 HOURS.....WHAT PART OF "QUIT CALLING ME" DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND????
A FREE CRUISE? YEAH RIGHT.....SCAM FOR SURE ISN'T EVEN CARRIBIAN CRUISE LINES THAT CALLED....
I get 2-3 calls from this number per day. It's a recorded message from Caribbean cruise lines. We are not interested and want to be taken off the list.
I have recived several calls from this number in the past week or so, I haven't answered, I just reject the call. It's starting to get annoying though!!!

Has anyone actually spoke to a person or heard a message? Sign them up for OBAMA Care, they won't be able to get through then.
