If you have an iPhone (and maybe others, not sure) create a new contact with this number, the go to settings, then phone, then blocked, then add new, and select the new contact you just created. Should take care of this nuisance.
Answered & after 15 seconds, finally was greated with "This is Jennifer from Caribbean Cruise Line. Can you hear me okay?"
Just hung up.. Have a Galaxy S3. Simply added them to my "Reject Calls" list. Love this feature!
