Left message on machine stating irs has lawsuit against me. IRS doesn't make phone calls! Hopefully people don't fall for this bs! Hope these a...holes get caught!
Called me claiming I owed more than $5000 from taxes from 2009-2014 and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. Super thick accents and very demanding and pushy. I hung up right away and did some research. Total scam. Hope no one falls for this!
Received a voicemail message that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. For how much money would these con artists sell their immortal souls? There are spiritual consequences to lying and scamming people out of money. May they get everything they deserve.
I got the same call as all of you called me couple times once left me a message stating that they are the IRS and had a lawsuit on me. I called it back after work and it just rang.
They just will collect information from you and hen after their fraud partners, later will contact you, to steal you money even without you knowing. . Be aware, report them ASAP if you already gave them you details, like SS#, DL# , full name and address, etc.
