Left message on machine stating irs has lawsuit against me. IRS doesn't make phone calls! Hopefully people don't fall for this bs! Hope these a...holes get caught!
Phone rang at 6:32 am saying that the IRS is starting a lawsuit against me and to call back. I did not pick up or call because I know the IRS doesn't call like that. I will file a complaint at the Federal government web site as suggested by others that have gotten the same call.
I have a brain, and I know this is a fraud. They don't even know who you are until you call back and your caller ID divulges your name. It's why they use a recording and ask for a call back. If you got a person, you could just ask, whom are you suing? And they would just hang up.
