THESE ARE "SPOFFING TELEPHONE NUMBERS" you can by cards online at any amount you want then it gives "BLOW BY BLOW" discription on how to use the "FAKE PHONE NUMBERS" in a "BROKEN ENGLISH VOICE"!VOICE SOUNDS EITHER FROM INDIA OR ARAB"!LOOK UP SPOOF CARDS ONLINE!

Got the call on Tuesday Night, about 7:30 PM. From same number, "Credit Card Services... last time I'll have opportunity to lower my interest rate..."       I called Verizon, my carrier, and asked why they let telemarketers use phones that cannot "receive calls".  I did a *69 to get the number, AND it shows up on my caller ID screen.  Verizon told me that it is a scam they are working with the Feds to prosecute!.  Verizon connected me with the FTC, and feds asked all pertinent questions, took information, etc.  SO,  IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM,  CALL YOUR CARRIER, AND FILE A COMPLAINT.  Feds are looking for the pattern, ....frequency of calls, area called, etc.  Anyone can get the information on these calls from the FTC website     www.FTC.gov.

Got a call from card member services asking me to review my credit card account.  Robocall to a number on the donotcall.gov list.

Caller ID said Beeville, TX
