Surveyors, Religious Groups, and Political Organizations fall into a very convenient loophole that gives them complete immunity from having to adhere to any regulations set forth by the DO NOT CALL Registry, so reporting them "aint gonna do [***]"
I wish I had the software/hardware that 900 numbers use to slap a consumer's phone bill with whopping fees for calling their so called 900 number service, because I turn around and use it to bill these pricks that call my cell phone numerous times during the day or night. Sweet revenge it would be!!! Not to mention an excellent source of secondary income paid for by the very people who are trying to scam you in the first place.

They are using a LOOPHOLE (surveys) in the DNC LIST for VERY SINISTER PURPOSES.
After you take their "survey" they will TRY TO MINE OTHER DATA ON YOU for using in the future to SELL YOUR NAME/NUMBER/DATA to other TELEMARKETERS.
BEST NOT TO ANSWER their calls. Ignore and BLOCK, if you can.
I also get calls from this number. I never answer, because I suspected it was a telemarketer or something. They won't ever leave a message, and won't stop calling. >:(
Received 2 calls from this number last night after 10:00 p.m. When I answered no one was there. The caller id lists Survey Sampling as the caller. Very frustrating!!
Received a call from this number. I didn't recognize it and let it go to voicemail.... But no voicemail. I have a landline and a cell phone and this was a call to my cell phone. So frustrating.
