they are a SURVEY organization (or claim to be).  As such they are NOT subject to the Do Not Call list restrictions are are free to call you - and me.   If you to opt out of their surveys you can call 866-360-9563 and leave your name and number   or send an email to  [email protected]  including the number in that email.   If you want to speak with someone at that company, try, 866-360-9678

If you don't trust them enough to try one of these options, then just continue to ignore the call - but do understand that surveys, political calls, religious calls and some others are exempted from the Do Not Call registry.

They call until you answer the phone.  They want you to take an Obamacare survey.  If you tell them you are nit taking there survey and to remove you from there list.  They keep talking.  I hung up they called back right away and contiuned to push there survey.

385-207-7038 called a few minutes ago. Caller ID just said Utah. Went to voice mail but did not leave a message.

It appears to be from a voter survey.  As I live in a state where you can register as anything you like during an election, I suspect it is the democrat voting machinery.  It could be a general survey, but I doubt it.  I didn't stay on long enough to finish it as I didn't feel like discussing politics with a nameless volunteer robot.
