Who called from 3862361950

this number shows up on my caller ID daily
I never answer it and I'm on the do not call list.

I just received a call from this number. It was someone trying to get me to upgrade my Time Warner high speed internet service ("Turbo Charged"). I'm not sure if this was someone from Time warner, I suspect it's an outsourced call center working on their behalf. It sounded very busy in the background, I heard someone yelling "good job guys!".

Have received several calls from this number over the past week--
1-11-08 8:31 p.m.
1-9-08  6:55 p.m.
1-8-08  6:23 p.m.

I do not answer calls and no message is left on answering machine. I am on the DO NOT CALL list. How do I report this and stop the calls?

calls saying they are my cable company and if i want to be on their do not call list - says just press 1.  my recommendation is you do not press this.  they know they are breaking the law by calling you.
