No message, no ID other than #. Likely telemarketer spoofing the #. Blocked.

I didn't bother to answer.  I don't answer any call where caller ID shows no name, or, it's a number I don't recognize.  I have a CPR V5000 Call Blocker . . . I hit the BLOCK button and that ended that.

After further research:  This number --  386-423-4744  -- returns to "Perfect Voting Systems,"  5807 S Atlantic Avenue
New Smyrna Beach FL 32169-4609;  Phone: (386) 423-4744.  The company representative is listed as David Biddulph, Owner

Sounds as though they may call on behalf of candidates.

Either way, block 'em.

Seems the only way to get this "business" to stop calling is to write them a letter and request they put specific phone numbers on their internal Do Not Call list.

Jumbled background noise sounded like a lot of separate phone conversations interspersed with "hello, hello, hello…"
