Just got a call from this number. We don't pick up unknown numbers. (Don't know a Bidulph D with this area code) I'm guessing this was a telemarketing call for Trump.
Answering machine said "are you there? " might be a variation of the recently reported scam to get you to say yes and they record your yes and wind up billing you for some product. Beware of any guestion that would likely be answered with a yes.
