Who called from 3864234744

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and this is not the first time I have received a call from this number.  There is nothing to identify the caller other than the phone number and, they never leave a message.

I recieved the same call in Las Vegas.  No name no message.

Well, this 3S must have been taking a winter break.  Warm weather is bring them out of their caves, or wherever they winter.

Called 5/2 and 5/3. ID came up as "unavailable" which I almost never ever answer. I answered because I was expecting a call. Recorded message. Only heard "term limits" and hung up.
