My 3 mobile phone tried to call this number after I received a 3 answerphone alert.  Is it a scam?

number 3864236245 are on my mobile , I never made the calls, is it someone using my mobile when I put it down at home

Had a silent voicemail from this number, cannot discover who it was/is but would like to stop another from them.

Looks like the I have the same problem, ringing voicemail calls this number. How do I stop it?

Is it not just the local three voicemail service number?
