got exactly the same problem , and the call was made when I haven't had the phone with me. but I belive is some kind of three service ...........I hope ;/
I recieved a voicemail notification via the 3 service...when I tried to hear my message the phone did not connect but showed dialling.after trying a couple of times I tried other contact numbers with the same 'dialing' result. ..trying the 3 number one more time same but touching on the top left of the screen the 386.......number appeared within seconds the number then the phone started flashing on and off...I immediately switched the phone off and after a few minutes started it again . the voicemail message had gone and everything seemed normal until I phoned a friend. after a 5 minutes my call terminated saying I had no more available minutes this despite the fact that I had 89 minutes available. THAT 386...number appears to hacked my phone and stolen my contract minutes at a very important and inconvenient time...3 are investigating and have opened a case , I am very, very unhappy customer. ...
