The person that called from this number is VERY RUDE. When asked not to reveive calls from this number he stated that he would call us every day to bother us. If anyone knows who this is please reply so that I can alert proper authorities for harassment. thanks so much in advance for your help.
Person called and I advised him to quit calling. He told me he was going to continue to call until I answered his questions! I asked for a sup and he denied to transfer. I ultimately hung up.
Yeah I literally just got the same call and I said exactly what you said & she responded the same way. the name came up as Maxwell - Ferrer. She kept insisting that it wasn't a sales call and I kept insisting I am not interested in answering any survey questions. She says "Do you have a smoke detector! Yes or No!" very rudely & I replied can you please hold while I transfer you over to my attorney. She hung up. haha
This number has been calling my residence for YEARS! I did the smoke detector survey a few years back after they called my house several times a day for weeks on end in hopes that they would stop f*ing calling... It lead to me receiving sales calls from ADT! They must be using these people to build leads... Now a few years later they are calling yet again. I told them last week I was not interested and do not call again. Guess who called today? I do not recommend anyone to tell them how many smoke detectors you have unless you want more annoying phone calls.
