"Lower your interest rate" scam. The call starts with an automated message saying they need to speak with you regarding "urgent" account information. I don't have a credit card so I knew it was a scam but I pressed one to speak with an agent. All I did was ask very politely if they would please put me on a 'do not call list' and in turn, he said something very sexual and inappropriate before hanging up on me. Bottom line, be warned, and do not give these people any information.
