received same message two days in a row....using maiden name....same message every time....refuse to answer any number that I don't know....scammers....or just someone who really has nothing better to do with their own time.
i'm receiving harrassing calls from this number to my work they claim to be from Brunson & Associates they said I owe them $874.00 but would not tell me the name of the creditor. They said if I did not pay them they were going to serve me with papers and take me to court. They are rude and yelled at me through the whole conversation. I will be reporting this as well to the Attorney Generals office as well as the Better Business Bureau. I do not know who this company is I believe this is a scam I asked them to send me a validation letter of what they claim I owe and the lady yelled at me and said she did not need to do that.
I got the same exact message and call two days in a row. These people are scammers and hope to scare you into paying. By law they cannot say they will just take you to court. It's a very long drawn out process before it gets to the step. If they can't give you your own information then they don't have it. So sick of these people.
I've been calls from them for 2 years,they say they want to take to some women for a collection. I told them I've had this phone number for 4 years and never hear of her. I've reported them to F,T.C,
Same call about 2 charges pending & a summons. Do they really expect people to pay when they won't even say who the original creditors are or any valid info? Annoying [***] scammers...
