Ive got a call from then jan.7and 8 saying the samething they even went on one of my old jobs that i havent work there for years i guess tryin serve me sum papers i guess and when i called they said i owe them 305 dollars from some payday loans like really who those things like that and then they said they polices from mississippi came lookin for me
Female left message saying she was from the "Process & Summons Division." That two charges were filed against me and matched my social security number, that I will be served with a summons at my place of employment or home and once that happens I'll lose all of my rights. Scam using scare tactics. I've had similar calls like this with what sounded like the exact same woman.

I've received similar calls in the past from what sounds like the same woman and similar wording, you have three charges involving check forgery and federal agents are coming for you blah blah.
received same message two days in a row....using maiden name....same message every time....refuse to answer any number that I don't know....scammers....or just someone who really has nothing better to do with their own time.
Just got a voice mail message today from this same number. Basically threatening me saying there were two fraud charges against me. I have not noticed any fraud activity on my accounts or credit cards. Also, no notices in the mail. The female had my name correct and my home number. I know nothing about this. Threatened to serve me at work. Serve me with what? I haven't done anything. Can we do something to these people? How do they benefit from this? Thanks for everyone's messages....I feel a little better knowing what is going on.
