received same message two days in a row....using maiden name....same message every time....refuse to answer any number that I don't know....scammers....or just someone who really has nothing better to do with their own time.
Its a scam when I called the number back and asked them to send me info to validate what the say the say they can not but tell me if I want to take care of it I would have to do it with either credit card or bank account total scam
Just got the same message like everyone else,They are a debt collector agency..They sure are not gettn the job done,They called once before in Oct from same number but claim to be in Al,They ask for your address to Summions you why would they ask they should already have it..I wish they would just stop calling
Female left message saying she was from the "Process & Summons Division." That two charges were filed against me and matched my social security number, that I will be served with a summons at my place of employment or home and once that happens I'll lose all of my rights.
I've gotten similar calls like this before, within the past two months, with the woman's voice sounding exactly the same. Last time it was a different number, the caller ID said Washington, DC, she said there were three charges filed against me about check forging and federal agents are coming. I bet these are the same scammers.
