hey i had the same people contact me and I thought it was a scam..I hung up on the lady that called me, two hours later I was served at my job and i have to go to court for something that is over 4 years old!!!! I think it should be against the law to be served at work
WOW!!! I am so glad these people contacted me I had just recently took care of the matter for a settlement which was less than the original loan amount. I was on my to the bank to deposit the funds so I could make the settlement offer on my way there was a road block and they ran my information said I had 2 charges pending against me that was sent to the courts I told them I am handling the matter now I am on my way to the bank the officer spoke with them and verified that information. WWWHHHOOOOOO close call!!!
