Ugh. I'm from RI and it's a RI number so I picked up.

This woman goes into a huge spiel that she is a professional fund raiser and since Oct is breast cancer month ...

She didn't come up for air for 15 seconds so I hung up. She said "breast cancer" and not the name of any given organization.

that she was calling from Tennessee. I asked her how did she get a RI area code, but she just continued with her
monologue and didn't answer my question.
