Who called from 4013961356

Received recording that was cut off, stating something about the stimulus plan.  I'm also on the do not call registry, yet they continue to call.

Says Bristol  RI

says nothing on answering machine.

I receive at least one of these calls each day on both my home phone and government owned cell phone.  After numerous request to take my number off their list (they hang up every time), I have started to yell obsentities at them.  Each different number, I report to the national do not call list.  Maybe eventually they will go out of business.

Don't answer....that is why they invinted caller ID. If I don't see a name, then it's not getting answered.

We continue to get calls from this company... I have started pushing the button that allows me to speak with a rep.  When I ask what company they are from I get hung up on!!!  Let's find the company doing this!!!
