they are a bunch of cons trying to rip people off..they are the people u want to keep out of your house..drug addits..please everyone for your saftey report them..they steal your personal information and take out credit cards and all kinds of other illegal activity..most employees are from priosn for drugs, robbery,ect..bad news..vms is not good..

I have been getting the same hangup calls for the past 3 months. After some web research, found that the Co is VMS Rhode Island who "sell" Monitronic home alarm systems and who by all accounts have a reputation for questionable business and billing practices. After numerous phone calls to this company to remove me from their call list they still continue to call. I have resorted to signing on to the National NO CALL registry to see if that will stop them.
401-490-3493 I have received number calls from this number at all times of the day. When I answer there is no response. Verizon advised me to file a DO NOT CALL with DMA Telephone Preference Service P.O. Box 1559 Carmel, NY 10512.
Receive daily calls from 401-490-3493. No message is every left on our vmail, however, if you call back number it says not in service. We are on the national do not call listing. These calls need to be stopped.
