they are a bunch of cons trying to rip people off..they are the people u want to keep out of your house..drug addits..please everyone for your saftey report them..they steal your personal information and take out credit cards and all kinds of other illegal activity..most employees are from priosn for drugs, robbery,ect..bad news..vms is not good..
I just got the same call. Like an idiot I played along and expressed interest. Then I came to mmy senses and found this website. I have a call into my local police to explain everything. My person was a woman who was very personable (mentioned having 2 kids and everything). I tried calling the number back and got a "not in service" message. I asked her to call back tomorrow as I don't make these decisions without my wife. Hopefully she'll do that and I can get some more information.

This company is Monitronix. They called me today and used that name, and this is the third call (and federal complaint filed) from them in the past few months.
