Got a call from this number. Missed the call and they did not leave a voicemail. They are probably war dialing, hence the reason the callback number says out of service. Block list:
I answered and it is a credit scam...they told me i owe money and have over due bills on my credit card... im only 17 i dont have a credit card when i told they lady this she hing up...she didnt say good bye or any of that ...she just hung up... when i called back I got a message saying that the number wasnt it service
Citibank called me, the guy was very aggressive and asked a bunch of questions about my credit cards. I told him that I don't have a Citibank credit card, and to stop calling. He got mad and told me he'd stop calling if I signed up for a Visa credit card, then I hung up on him. Citibank is very rude.
