Got a call from this number. Missed the call and they did not leave a voicemail. They are probably war dialing, hence the reason the callback number says out of service. Block list:

first i was 20 caller in line wondering why the number went so fast then a lady answered asking me if I had credit cards with balances over 3,000 I said no she hung up then I called back recording said the number was no longer in service..scam scam scam. I don't know why
