Same thing for me except it was thomas gibson. And the charges were fraud with malicious intent. For a loan of 350 which grew to 780 and now wanted 1500.
I received a scam called also, threatening to put out a warrant for arrest for a pay day loan from 2013 that I never took out. I contacted first federal bank from which they said they represented and the operator said she received several calls about these scammers and that they have no affiliation with these people. EVERYONE SHOULD CONTACT THEIR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL and file a complaint online to get these scammers out of business.
Received call 5/19/2015 regarding a payday loan for 2011. Woman refused to give me the facts i.e. date of transaction, company, amount or account reference number. She said I would be under arrest and indicted by Loudon County. She recited my birthday, bank, last for of social security number and old address. She hung up on me after asking why I she couldn't tell me the date of the transaction or the amount. Very hostile on the phone and put me on hold several times. BEWARE Scammers
Your report is exactly the same as my experience. Except today she said something like "Good Wishes" at the end.
It's really annoying and I wish there was some way I could catch her and turn her in.
