all I know is it comes from Platte Cente(r?) Nebraska.  The calls usually come when I am not here-early morning, late afternoon or evening.

This Phone number calls at least twice a day for me.  Every time I answer, it's a fax machine.  I believe that this is a fax solicitor.  In many offices you will get fax advertisements... well I think this is one of the companies that is performing those advertising faxes.  If you can, simply block the number.
