phone rang - no voice at the other end

interupted my lunch with no one speaking. I would really like to know who this is.

get a call from this number on cell frequently. It will have automated voice that says"if you do not want continued calls from this number, please press 1 now" . However after pushing 1, got a call back from same number within 30 minutes. won't answer anymore.
