Who called from 4028299104

Got a call. Unknown to me so I did not answer. It's past 8:30pm. Why not call at 1pm? Or 2pm? Maybe even 3pm.

Got 3 calls consecutively, but I never picked it up cause I was working. I would give a call back if it was an urgent call with a voice mail, but I got none of that so I'm guessing this might be some scam call?

They called me again. At 7pm this time. They left no voice mail. So I kind of don't care.

These MF ers are from either Gallup or Harris poll, also use 9103. They call every day, well after 8pm too. During the day around 2pm, these weird caller ID's with only 4 digits, 9008, 9029, 9064, and probably a new one later today. I block the number, no use, they use a different one every day. I'll bet it's Gallup or Harris too. What the hell is wrong with these people? I don't give a rats [***] about answering your moronic poll. Go on to the next number, and leave people alone who don't want to participate.

I have received 3 calls in two days; in the early afternoon.  No message or voicemail left, so I figured a scam or nuisance call.
