this is PNC bank I called to make an online payment which was a mission and hung up after i was going to be transferred and got the call immediately. but never trust the number it can always be spoofed which can say anything on the caller ID.
Claimed to be from Citibank and knew my name. Digging for more personal info to further their scam. Dirtbags need to earn their living respectfully instead of leaching off mankind.
