I told them I was unable to receive calls such as Gallups because I take care of my mom who is  in hospice care. They have no manners.  They've called 3 times since. Go figure.

Unrecognized number. Left no message. Blocked.

Called AGAIN...no message left. Blocked the number

They said they are named Gallup, and they are calling on behalf Citibank to conduct 2 min surgey on recent visit to the bank.   No personal information was requested from me, besides my experience at the bank.
