These people call atleast twice a day and I just recieved a call 10 minutes ago, they always ask for me. She said she was calling about my active VISA/MASTER CARD account. Thats when I cut her off and told her that I didn't have any account I also warned her not to call again or I would report her to the BBB she said have a nice day and hung up.
My mother got a call from this (Novnumber 5th 2009) claiming to help reduce her CC intrest rate. They just charged $1000.00 to the CC without doing anything to reduce the rate. Now she wants me to look into the company. She thinks she was just scammed! Is the organization with this number 402 982 0439 and stating that they go by Hope Financial any good or are they scammers?
Caller calls and asks if i am the husband of my wife, when i say: yes...why? the caller hangs up on me. They call approximately 4 times a day and the one time i get sick of it and answer, that is what happens to me.
These people have been calling me for the past few days, and they never leave a message. I finally answered, and the telemarketer gave his name as Larry Anderson and stated he would lower my interest rate at no cost to me, but he wanted my card numbers "to verify my good standing," but he was calling because he said I had good standing. He also gave another number 18882923421 ext 100. He said he was with Financial Services.
Multiple calls. When i refused to give them an open account which was not near the credit limit they continued to try top get me to give them my personal info. They had my last 4 digits of my SSN and my home address. They said they needed one card to verify with the bank. I hung up on them and they called back twice. One lady talked to me fotr several minutes. She gave me a callback number of 888-292-3421. The third time they called me back i did not answer. The other number had called and lefty no messages multiple times over the past few weeks.
