this was the first time I received the call. Although my number is supposed to be blocked, I still get several annoying calls during the day. I will not take the time and call back. I appreciate these messages.
i wsnt hom to receive the call, it was on my caller id. I called it back and it just said thank you for calling back press 1 to be put on a do not call list and will take up to 72 hrs to be put into the database....who exactly are these calls from and what do they want and how do they get numbers? does anyone know?
It was a robo call. It said to press "1" to get 6% interest rate on my credit cards, or press "2" to be taken off the list. I pressed "1" and was on hold for about a minute. Some guy picked up. I asked him if he was affiliated with a company I already do business with. He said yes and rattled off a handful of card companies. He then asked me if I had over $3k of debut. I told him maybe I did. He asked me if I was sure or not. I said I probably did. He then asked what my highest interest rate was of the cards i had. I told him that I didn't know. After that he hung up on me. He called me on my Google voice number that I haven't really given out to too many people. The two that come to mind are Godaddy and UPS. I wonder if one of those companies sold my number.
