They should give jail sentences to people that do this.

They should make this a more serious offense and give mandatory jail time. Maybe that would
discourage these scumbags from doing this.

Just received a second call from 402-998-5021.  We have two numbers at our office.  After receiving the first call, I thought that it may have been a real person.  But about an hour later, the same call came through on our second line.  I realized at that time it was a recording.  What is the purpose of having this message / hang-up saying "wrong number"?

Got the exact same call - "wrong number". They may not be targeting law firms, but it definitely looks like they are targeting businesses. My business is in my home, so being that I have the flu and they just called me for no ligitamite reason, I'm not happy.

Same thing here, called office.  It's a recording.  What can they get by calling and having you answer?  My job is TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!!
