This number is on a postcard that urgently wants you to call the above number so you can sell your home for bottom dollar prices to an investor. We own a second home (this is the property the investor wants to buy) however I do not know why they are sending me a card wanting to buy my home at fire sale prices when I am up-to -date on taxes, have never fallen behind on the payment, not underwater on, have a very reasonable mortgage on, not going into foreclosure on, not in bankruptcy, etc.  I am obviously not on some list somewhere for delinquent home owners/property tax payers that is easily accessible to these scumbags. These bottom feeders find desperate people and under the guise of helping them out of their money problems, will buy your home at rock bottom prices, ensuring you some minimal equity for your self (maybe) and a whole lot of money to burn for themselves off of your desperation.

Think I will report this Julie Hicks 404-201-2072 the Governor's office of consumer affairs. This postcard is RIDICULOUS ("THIRD NOTICE...HOW MUCH LONGER BEFOR I HEAR FROM YOU....done all I can to get a hold of you and this is my last resort...important I hear from you ASAP....URGENTLY  NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOU"....) and leads one to believe IF YOU DONT CALL FOR THE PRERECORDED MESSAGE you are about to be sued....BRING IT ON!!

This could be some sort of mail fraud.   Take the card to the post office and have the postal inspectors look at it.   Also, since you have a return address, I'd tell the person by return mail that you have notified the postal inspectors.   I get those every once in a while, but they offer market price (they say).

The woman is a real estate wholesaler.  The reason you got the postcard is because you own the house but do not live at the address.  It is a common tactic for wholesalers to buy a list of homes with absentee owners and and send them a "yellow letter".  It is called a yellow letter because it is supposed to look like a handwritten note on a legal pad to separate it from bulk mail.

Most likely she will offer up to 70% of the home value.  She will put you under contract to the sell the house,  Then she will locate investors willing to by the property for 80% of the value, and she will keep 10%;
