I get the same 'third notice' post card from Julie Hicks, 4757 Highway 17 Byp S, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577-6682 tel. (843) 408-0848 (pre-recorded message).
Same postcard but it's from Julie W. Return address is a ups store in Lake St Louis Mo Phone number is a local Graham Washington number. Thanks for the posts. I was not about to call but was curious what it was.
Now Julie Hicks is in Myrtle Beach with SC area code and phone number, Myrtle Beach address and all. I didn't appreciate the THIRD NOTICE postcard either and I have no intention of selling my second home.
just received my third notice in the mail from Julie hicks.....thank goodness I googled her name and it brought me to this site. I can rest easy that this indeed is a scam ..going to the post office tomorrow to report her!
