Today (2015/08/15) I got the same 'third notice' white post card from Julie Hicks, 2450 Atlanta Highway ste 1101, [***], GA 30040-1253. tel (678) 331-7635 (pre-recorded message). Googled it and come to this site. Thank you all for taking your time and energy posting the related information. It's really rude of the sender trying to acheive their "business" goal through cheating and threatening whoever they can catch and don't care about what negotive impact may be applied to the receiver. Hope there is some way to efficientlly stop it.
This post card spammer is obviously just a lowly slug who enjoys this kind of thing.

• The number you see on your Caller ID may not be the number of the person who called you!
• The Do Not Call List works as intended. It is NOT a call blocker!
