Do you Remember what they told you??? I just received the same message

This person is stating that I am owing over 2,000 dollars to an online cash advance place..I have never taken out a cash advance online with this place before I have always gone into the store and now they are threatening me with jail etc and I really don't appreciate it at all

They called me too....stating there's a formal complaint against me and for me to call 404-254-3788...whatever!

Quite an understatement for that illegal threat. Maybe Highland Financial would appreciate a summons and complaint from you for the FDCPA violations.
