they seem to be multiplying and finding more unfortunate people who will blindly comply with their nonsense. Not me!

I have voice mail recordings of them threatening with criminal proceedings and much more. They are scammers. They have currently harassed us so bad that I contacted the news station and they told me to email them. So everyone here that has been affected by HFS or the group please email with HFS scam in the subject matter to [email protected]. Lets all pull together and shut this scam operation down!

I actually got a letter several weeks ago from a Mrs. Vargas. Today, they called my grandparents house and they asked my grandmother for her social security number. My uncle gets on the phone and they tell him I need to call them in regards to her. I called and Mrs. Vargas gave me the same script as just about everyone here. She said to call her back directly and that will be handling this matter. She said I must pay $3000.00 total but today only $500.00. She refuses to send me anything to verify this call. She didn't even say this phone call is getting recorded for quality assurance. She didn't say this is an attempt to collect. When I contacted the bank they told me they have nothing on record that my information was sold. The rep at the bank stated that: Quote, we don't use law or legal agencies to collect but some collection agencies are notorious for doing that to collect money quick. That fact that they asked my grandmother for her social security number is scary or that they wanted my uncles phone number. They also stated that after 24 hours or if I don't call at 5:00pm I will have a warrant out because it's a felony etc. They asked me it I know the law? And I said I will get a lawyer and we can talk. Mrs. Vargas was very defensive. They refused to give me any information to verify this company. When I contacted my former bank, that account is from 2006 and a different firm has my old account. Interesting for sure :)

I have been getting these messages from this company the same phone number actually it was two different numbers the other number was a weird number and it had a plus in front of it it was like a +86 63728831. That number isn't even long enough. then a strange voice of a man comes on and says hello a formal complaint has been filed in our office concerning a bad check written in your name please press 1 now to be directly connected to our investigator or please contact our office at 1 (866) 372-8831 that number again is going to be 1866 3728 831 thank you for your cooperation in this matter and that comes from the phone number of 140 4254 3788. These people keep calling harassing me and I don't even know where they got my number. I called the police and they said since I have a cell phone for me just to block their number.
