I have been scammed. I feel like the biggest LOSER!!! They called again today about the same "debt" that I paid to them in March. I gave them over $3,000.00 of our money in March. Something told me then that it was shady, but I gave them my bank info. and they got the money. My husband is a police officer and we are going to try and get to the bottom of this. The caller back in March was "Special Investigator Edward Loomis" with RSI Claims Proces Services,LLC. Today's caller was "Janene Michaels" and when asked what this was about, she mentioned the same creditor from before and I proceeded to tell her that it was paid in March. Also, this time they called my cell; in March, they called my home number REAL early in the morning. I am in CA.

gave me someones ss# and date of birth ( can we say identity theif glad i'm honest). The man proceeded to curse at me I recorded the intire conversation. My phon was beeping and he thought the battery was low I said no I have just been recording this whole conversation. The address I was given for them was 2483 Heritage Village St 16324 Snellville Georia 30078 phone # 1-678-916-5966.

Great job recording the call, Jackie. That should come in quite handy. By the way, that address they gave you is just a rented private mailbox; the "16324" is not a suite; it is a box number at the UPS Store in Snellville, GA. They are actually calling from Buffalo, NY.

They called me last night, Sally Buchanan of RSI Investigative Services. Said my friend had listed me as an emergency contact (big lie -- he never has) and that a group of lawyers wanted to file a civil complaint against my friend for $3000. My friend thinks the $3000 is related to an old used car loan he definitely paid off, where he listed me as a reference (probably how they got my name). When I called back to get further information, I asked for Sally and gave them the BSL case number Sally gave, but Sally wasn't there, so I spoke with "Brian" whose speaking was nearly unintelligable, and when I asked for more information on how they got my name, they hung up on me. I told my friend to turn this over to his attorney and to not call them back. Sucks bad that they waste my wife and mine time, and that some poor folks out there likely fall for this scam. NY state and Georgia really should take action to stop these guys.
