Report them also to the Federal Trade Commission: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01
And if anyone outside of Georgia is receiving calls from these bumbling crooks, file a complaint with your state's attorney general. The contact info for each state's AG is here: http://www.naag.org
I recieved a phone call yesterday @9:10 am. These's scamers have already gotten me once before. The only reason we cought them is because my depit cared expired and we went online only to try to find there new phone number because the number we had for almost a year had changed. They are still just as rude as before and still just as threating. But this time I called the Sierra Vista Police to file a report. And of corse he told me that my call was the forth this week alone, two of the others where calls from the same number. not only do I fill really STUPID, but I fill really bad for all these's other people getting scamed. I am putting to word out any way that I can and in the process I found that my friend had been scamed in Feb.2008. They got 1,300.00 from her and over A thousand from myself. I wish there was more I could do??????

He called saying he was an attorney and we would be issued a bench warrent if we did not pay 15,000.0 imediantly. He sid it was a debt. It was not on our credit report and we had received no bills.
It's a scam, and all their threats are false and illegal. Here's a news report from a CBS affiliate about the RSI/CMC scam: http://www.newschannel5.com/Global/story.asp?S=8757336
See my message earlier in this thread from May 25 for more information on these crooks and how to report to them to the various federal and state law enforcement agencies. If they call you again, tell them nothing other than that you know they're a scam and that you've reported them to law enforcement.
