called me in AZ this am at 8am..left message as i couldn't get to phone and i called back ..told them to send certified letter to me as the irs wouldn't be calling ..the East Indian women kept talking and i hung up on her..will report them to attorney general..i saved phone recording.
This Number called me this morning stating they are with the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me in a recording. I called the number back and an Indian woman answered saying something that sounded like thank you for calling the Internal Revenue Service. I told her that I don't believe she is with the IRS, nor do I believe that she is filing a lawsuit against me. She abruptly hung up on me! I called back again and an Indian sounding man answered with the same greeting. I asked him if he is really with the IRS and he avoided the question. I told him I was calling BS on the "law suit" and he responded by telling me he hopes I have a bad morning and hung up on me! What a scam!
