Who called from 4043200964

Just started to receive phone calls from this number but i never answer and no message is every lefted...thank God it's only on my cell phone

I have been getting these calls to. I looked the name up on anywho.com and did the reverse lookup. This is what I found. Operation Division

14 Executive Park Dr NE
Atlanta, GA 30329

That is all I can figure out for right now. I am trying to find out more about the operation divison crap. I got the same response over the phone as I got heavy breathing to and then was hung up on. I have left my phone on for 30 minutes just letting it ring and ring trying to get a hold of the darn caller. If anyone knows of this company please post more about it.

I need to block their number from my phone for sure

yeh they ringing me , twice so far  waiting for them to call back so i can , tell them where to go
