Who called from 4043200964

Received a voicemail on my phone saying that I need to call 800-208-9642 ext 2217 Monique with GC Services but the caller ID on my cell phone has 404-320-0964.  Kind of confusing.

Loser called and almost brought down our phone network - it ate up 40 out of 46 of our channels!  This should be illegal, no?

They almost brought down our phone network also.  Our 2 PRIs were tied up with incoming calls from 4043200964.

call the phone company or make a police report for harrassing phone calls.  More then 3 in a row after being told know is, I believe, against the law!
They are calling me too, I won't answer it.  Now I see all of this I will call my phone company and the police if necessary.

Im about to go nuts on these people if i can ever get them to respond when i pick up my phone.  If they start making calls to my cell Im gonna make a trip up to Atl. I think a little face to face will stop it. (Hopefully)
