Caller calls and doesn't say anything, they keep calling too!

They kept calling my house and breathing heavy in my wife's ear, about two to three times a week.  So, I called them back (I actually got someone in the evening) and told them to quit calling me.  They claimed that I wasn't in their database and were actually pretty rude.  The lady said "GC Services", so I looked it up, did a little bit of research and here's what I found.

I couldn't find a good email Point of Contact for the Atlanta office (big shocker), but I'm sure that their upper management would love to give you one should this persist!  This is a Houston based business with a large number of complaints of harassment, in fact there was just a California court case involving their practices.

We'll see if they call me again, but if they do I am filing official harassment complaints to the police after taking the necessary procedures to do so.  I consider this harassment, since I asked ever so nicely to be removed from their list.

I get phone calls from this number daily as well but have never answered the phone. Ive also recieved calls from GT Services which I see some of you have .  If they are connected I think GT Services is some type of Lawyer services.  If you know anyone who owes anybody money thats why they are calling you because they are calling me over a relative of mine.  Im not sure but thats what I think.

I work for city governmentl and we have been receiving these call for quite a while.  Every time I or my co worker pick up the phone, they hang up.  Today I was finally able to receive someone at that number.  Apparently they are some sort of collection agency.  I gave them our office number. They looked it up in their system and told me whom they were looking for.  I told them that we didn't have an employee here by that name and requested that we be taken off the list.  They agreed.  Only time will tell if the calls stop.
